January – March 2012. The game was announced on December 11, 2010 by Bioware. and was said that this will be the end of the series. Bioware released some of the details about gameplay. Players can import the settings of their character from mass effect 2 in order to keep track of continuity. There will be enhancements in combat system. New weapons with new customizations will also be made available. The cover system will be redefined. Bioware has also announced a new sprint option. Characters from mass effect and mass effect 2 like Illusive Man, Garrus Vakarian, Liara T'Soni, Kaidan Alenko or Ashley Williams, Legion, Tali'Zorah, Urdnot Wrex, Jack, Mordin Solus, Ambassador Udina and Captain Anderson will also make a return. This game has already generated lots of buzz and has been listed in IGNs "Top 10 Xbox 360 Games of 2011" in the rank #1 position.
